Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your Charunova purchase, we've got you covered. To request a return, exchange, or refund, email us at support@charunova.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • If a replacement is available, we'll ship it out to you at no additional cost.
  • If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please do not send the item back. We do not accept items shipped back to us or to our suppliers. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed regardless of the item's return.

Charunova reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse or policy abuse.

Please note:

  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any upgrades or tips.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Charunova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. We'll work with you to provide the tracking details, delivery confirmation, and carrier info so you can follow up with the shipping provider directly. If your tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive the package, please check around your delivery location and with neighbors first.

Exchanges

We typically only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items — but if you need help, reach out. Just email support@charunova.com and we'll sort it out.

Shipping Info

We do not accept physical returns at this time. If you believe your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll assist from there.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including any priority upgrades or tips added at checkout.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time — U.S. orders only.

Shipping Delays Notice
